Confirmed Service Customer
I have a recalled part that the mechanic decided to fix the pin instead of the whole recall. I was treated unfairly as a female with a hispanic last name. And then charged 260 dollars on a known recall and it will not fix my recall. $260 for a bandage that won't fix the actual problem. How do you justify that? Corporate will be in contact with your dealership.
