It was along wait.they missed my appointment time by over an hour. then tell me that a sensor in the part they replaced two weeks before failed. oh by the way this is the cost for replacement. i called the parts dept.and found out there's a warranty on the part. stay tuned!!!

Curtis was great other wise service was not great my car was not brought in on day it was supposed to. Then the next day it did not get done due to worker issues. I feel when inspection was done things could have been done a little more meaning my oil light was one. Changing my oil or asking to do that I feel like going above and beyond was not done but the cost was 588$ dollars Curtis did knock of 69.00 of my price I appreciate that..

The vehicle was at the shop for over three weeks. We got the vehicle back (with a $3k bill), drove it for about a half an hour and the transmission went. Very disappointed.

My truck was schedualed for thursday it did'nt get in till late friday. Then unfortunatly the technition was injured on the job.thankfully he's ok. I went to get it before closing friday . brought it back for 8am monday. After a 6hr wait.i was able to leave once it was fixed. each travel time for me is 45 minutes one way.

My truck was taken in for a possible wheel bearing issue. found it was bad ( curtis) was very understanding about working with my aftermarket power train Warranty. My warranty paid for99% of the fees involved. I'd like to thank curtis for working with my (Warranty People) the technition for the work performed, And To Frenchies Chevrolet for Accepting My Aftermarket warranty. Where i am driving farther now because my local dealer ship does not accept the warrantys anymore. thank you Frenchies Chevy !!

I did not have any vehicle serviced at Frenchies on 10/23/2024. Either this is VIN associated with a past vehicle of mine or information has been misconstrued. I won���t be bringing a vehicle to Frenchies in he future for service either, as the last couple of visits resulted in situations where we were clearly being pushed to have parts replaced well before needed (ex. The 2022 Silverado I owned was told we needed to replace the rear brakes due to the service brake life indicator being on. When pressed (but not until), Frenchies service told us that that indicator appears when there is still 50% brake life left. Frenchies tried to get my wife to ok near 1K of work on my truck when it was not yet needed. There have been other instances like this associated with our vehicles recently as well as with our friends that have used them in the past. We will no longer support a service department we cannot trust to be forthcoming and honest.

What is there to say. It was quick and I was on my way in an hour. I did have to go back the next day because there was a light flashing and then solid on my dash to do with tire pressure. It has something to do with the tire rotation from the oil change and tire rotation the previous day. I guess something had to be reset and they did something with a gadget on each of the tires. They are always friendly and helpful and check out whatever problem I come in with.
