Confirmed Service Customer
I went in for a car inspection. I waited in the waiting area, and was on my way home in a little over an hour. They were very busy that day, so I didn't mind the wait. In the waiting area I watched tv, got a bottle of water, could have had coffee, and was comfortably seated. A person couldn't ask for more.
