I did not have any vehicle serviced at Frenchies on 10/23/2024. Either this is VIN associated with a past vehicle of mine or information has been misconstrued. I won���t be bringing a vehicle to Frenchies in he future for service either, as the last couple of visits resulted in situations where we were clearly being pushed to have parts replaced well before needed (ex. The 2022 Silverado I owned was told we needed to replace the rear brakes due to the service brake life indicator being on. When pressed (but not until), Frenchies service told us that that indicator appears when there is still 50% brake life left. Frenchies tried to get my wife to ok near 1K of work on my truck when it was not yet needed. There have been other instances like this associated with our vehicles recently as well as with our friends that have used them in the past. We will no longer support a service department we cannot trust to be forthcoming and honest.

What is there to say. It was quick and I was on my way in an hour. I did have to go back the next day because there was a light flashing and then solid on my dash to do with tire pressure. It has something to do with the tire rotation from the oil change and tire rotation the previous day. I guess something had to be reset and they did something with a gadget on each of the tires. They are always friendly and helpful and check out whatever problem I come in with.

It should not take almost 2 hours for an oil change. Over 45 mins to even move a vehicle into the bay when the vehicle was there 20 mins prior to the appointment.

I traded both my 2021 Chevrolet Silverado & 2022 Blazer earlier this spring after I was offered the worse deal I ever have seen on a truck. The Salesperson was completely out of touch & the sales manager was not giving me a fair trade in value. I now have two brand new Dodge/Jeep vehicles & have no idea why I got a service notice for yesterday.

I brought my truck in for a recall / have a chip installed for my heated steering wheel that was missing since purchase in June of 22. After waiting a couple hours I was told a bolt was over torqued, and stripped out. I couldn't drive my truck. I had to ask for a loaner, was a small car not a truck hindering my profession. Then was told to make sure you bring the car back with as much gas as was in it now. I found the whole situation aggravating. What vehicles cost these days, a dealership should be kissing my butt making sure I come back!!!!

Frenchie���s has been awesome. Kudos to Frenchie, Clayton Plourde & John Fahd. I love the cat, love the people at Frenchie���s, and am very displeased with the ���service��� from OnStar/MyChevrolet. Took days to get my car into the same account as our other 2 vehicles so I could log in to access apps on the dash, and the next day everything was back to where I can���t sign in or plan routes OR LOCATE CHARGERS or do anything except thru my phone. am having to take a day off work tomorrow to TRY to get that fixed again. Otherwise I have a beautiful expensive car I can���t confidently drive further than 240 miles.
